Amana Bank announces highest ever dividend of Rs.1.30 per share

Amana Bank PLC yesterday announced the declaration of its eighth consecutive annual dividend, reaffirming its commitment to rewarding the shareholders.

The bank declared an interim cash dividend of Rs.1.30 per share, marking its highest-ever dividend payout amounting to Rs.716.5 million. Since commencing annual dividends in 2018, Amana Bank's cumulative dividend declarations will have exceeded Rs.2.8 billion.
This year's declaration reflects a dividend yield of 5 percent.
"Following record profits in 2024 and a strong first half in 2025, we remain focused on enhancing returns while driving continued growth," said Amana Bank Chairman Asgi Akbarally.
