SandBrix leads Sri Lanka’s OTT revolution in sports streaming

SRI Lanka’s online entertainment space is being redefined by SandBrix, the country’s leading “Over-The-Top” (OTT), platform that delivers video and audio material over the internet rather than traditional sources like satellite television or cable, for live cricket and foreign sports.
-
OTT platforms usually offer greater freedom of choice, with many such services offering gratis or low-cost access to high-end content.
SandBrix has taken advantage of this model to revamp the way Sri Lankans watch sports. It offers fans free access to more than 3,500 hours of live cricket action, including 13 Tests, 50 One Day Internationals (ODIs), and more than 650 T20 matches.
