John Keells Properties reaches major construction milestone at VIMAN Ja-Ela

JOHN Keells Properties, Sri Lanka's leading real estate developer, marked a major construction milestone this week with the structural completion of Phase 1 at VIMAN Ja-Ela, its latest residential development.

The onsite ceremony was attended by John Keells Holdings PLC Chairperson Krishan Balendra, Brand Ambassador Chamari Athapaththu, and the senior leadership of John Keells Properties, alongside representatives from the project team who have been instrumental in steering VIMAN Ja-Ela's progress since inception.
“Being part of the VIMAN Ja-Ela journey has been truly meaningful to me, not just as a Brand Ambassador, but as someone who values strong communities and thoughtful design. Seeing the progress onsite and being there for this milestone made me even more proud to be associated with a project that's creating something special for everyday Sri Lankans,” said VIMAN Brand Ambassador Chamari Athapaththu; Sri Lanka Women's Cricket Team Captain.
