Wipeout threat to S Korea and USA

NORTH Korean leader Kim Jong-un has declared that his military should "thoroughly annihilate" the US and South Korea if provoked.
He talked of sharpening "the treasured sword" in an apparent reference to his country's nuclear weapons programme.
It came as he vowed to boost defences against what he called an unprecedented US-led confontation.
