First Cup goal at age of 33 helps Preston into quarters

ROBBIE BRADY looked flustered only when it was pointed out that the free-kick that knocked the stuffing out of Burnley was his first FA Cup goal.

Aged 33 and with 68 Republic of Ireland caps, it took until Saturday to break that particular duck but the Preston wing-back did it in style.

His 25-yard curler together together with further goals from Milutin Osmajic, who was involved in an alleged racist spat with Burnley's Hannibal Mejbri when the sides clashed a fortnight ago, and Will Keane sent North End into the quarter-finals.

It is the first time since 1966 that the club have travelled so far in the competition.
