President's F-bombing hits target

I WAS more amused than shocked by Donald Trump's dropping of the F-bomb this week as he prepared to board the presidential chopper, Marine One. He was absolutely right to call out Israel and Iran for their nervy post-ceasefire missile exchanges, saying both countries have been at each other's throats for so long that "they don't know what the f*** they're doing".

Just as a stopped clock is guaranteed to be right twice a day, so Trump sometimes makes the correct call. Yes, he's a popinjay, a braggart and blowhard, a liar, an egomaniac and a narcissist of historic proportions, but... this week, he did the world a favour.
