Protester, 80, followed her to Met
A POLICE chief has relived her ordeal of being stalked by an 80-year-old man.
Pippa Mills said she “jumps when the doorbell goes” and being harassed by Richard Jackson gives her sleepless nights.
He appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court this week charged with stalking.
Met Assistant Commissioner Miss Mills, 48, told the court Jackson first targeted her when she was Chief Constable of West Mercia Police from 2021 to 2023.
He also loitered outside New Scotland Yard when she joined the Met last year and bombarded her with emails and messages.
