Mystery of ex-Royal Mail boss turned TV executive 'missing' from new drama

VIEWERS of the ITV dramatisation of the Post Office subpostmasters scandal are questioning the absence of the former Royal Mail boss who went on to run the channel.
Adam Crozier, who was CEO of the Royal Mail Group as grassroots staff were being wrongly charged and even jailed, does not feature in Mr Bates v The Post Office.
The four-part drama follows Alan Bates as he fights for justice for hundreds of fellow subpostmasters who were wrongly accused of theft, fraud and false accounting between 1999 and 2015 due to a faulty IT system called Horizon.
The long-running battle is considered one of the worst miscarriages of justice in the UK, with lives lost to suicide or ruined as a result.
