MP blasted for Tel Aviv soccer fans' 'genocide'

A LEFT-wing MP faced cries of “shame” yesterday as she claimed Maccabi Tel Aviv football fans had taken part in “Israel’s genocide”.
Zarah Sultana prompted furious scenes in the House of Commons with her remarks.
It comes after Maccabi fans were banned from the upcoming Europa League game against Aston Villa in Birmingham by local authorities.
Former Labour MP Ms Sultana, now Independent member for Coventry South, said: “Maccabi Tel Aviv’s racist fan hooliganism cannot be separated from Israeli militarism.
