Wing knows boss Farrell will be on warpath if Lions slip up again

BRITISH & IRISH LIONS wing Mack Hansen believes head coach Andy Farrell will bite the tourists’ heads off if they do not deliver the goods in Perth this morning.

Farrell was fuming after last Friday’s defeat by Argentina, which got the tour off to the wrong start, and will go ballistic if the Lions do not deal with Western Force.

Hansen, a replacement last week, experienced the full blast of Farrell’s fury in Dublin and fears the worst if the Lions mess up again.

But the Australia-born wide man, 27, has told the Lions they should be beating teams such as Force in their sleep and they do not want another hairdryer from the boss.

Hansen said: “If anything, it’s good to feel it early and then we know that we'll get our heads absolutely chewed off if it happens again — so the plan is to win from here on in.
