Lots occurring when Ruth goes home as Nessa

GAVIN & Stacey's Ruth Jones has filmed a comeback as Vanessa “Nessa” Jenkins in a new BBC show.

The character popped up in Ruth And Steve: From Porthcawl With Love last night, as Ruth showed friend and fellow actor Steve Speirs her home town in South Wales.

Steve, whose TV credits include BBC's The Tuckers and Upstart Crow, met Nessa when he explored the resort's now-closed Coney Beach amusement park with Ruth.
