The TV host, holding a pair of cherry-topped iced buns to protect her modesty, even managed to joke about her debut topless shoot.
The daytime star quipped her team would be "traumatised" by the sight of her bare flesh.
But the shoot was all in aid of her ITVX show's focus on breast cancer as part of Lorraine's Change + Check campaign.
