It's Alexander the eight as Isak run has Toon humming

JUST call him Alexander the Great. Newcastle's red-hot striker became only the fourth player in the Premier League era to score in eight successive top-flight games, as Eddie Howe's superchargers equalled the nine straight wins Kevin Keegan and Rafa Benitez notched up.

Isak, who netted in each half, follows in the footsteps of Jamie Vardy, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Daniel Sturridge and eclipsed the seven-game run that Toon legend Alan Shearer reeled off in a black and white shirt.
