'Invest in shops or watch death of high streets'

STRUGGLING businesses have told Rachel Reeves to invest in Britain's beleaguered high streets or watch them die.
The warning comes as tens of thousands of shops and stores cling to life after being battered in the Chancellor's first Budget.
