'I want people to love this series as much as the first'

THE first series of The Traitors was a TV hit - but host Claudia Winkleman will still be sick with nerves when the show returns as she is so keen for viewers to love it again.

Claudia also revealed turning 50 made her more adventurous when it came to accepting new jobs, that she's still obsessed with the previous Traitors - and that the most underhand thing she ever did was to steal a lipstick when she was aged 15.

Sitting at the show's iconic round table in Ardross Castle 25 miles north of Inverness on the day before the next contestants in the psychological adventure contest were due to arrive, Claudia opened up about its success and her hopes for the new run.
