WE WENT to the seaside in Kent last week.
I didn't see a single small boat but we did experience a lot of potholes en route. It was a total nightmare. The state of our roads is a national disgrace. There can't be many Western nations that have allowed their roads to fall into such a poor state of repair, can there?
