Half want Harry stripped of title

MOST Britons want to see Prince Harry barred from even having the slimmest chance of becoming king, a startling poll reveals.

More than half want him removed from the order of succession, which would prevent him ascending to the throne.

The strength of feeling emerged after a tumultuous few years during which the Duke of Sussex quit royal life and emigrated to California with his wife and children. He also released a tellall autobiography slamming his father and brother.

EO EC The opinion poll found 52% supported a move to strip Harry of his position as fifth in line to the throne, behind William and his children George, Charlotte and Louis.

Just 27% of the 1,504 people quizzed by Deltapoll supported the idea of Harry becoming king. One fifth held no view.

And 51% of those surveyed said Harry, Meghan and their children Archie, four, and Lilibet, two, should have their titles revoked.
