Girls aged 3 targeted by upskirters

GIRLS as young as three are being targeted by twisted perverts who take "upskirting"" photos on mobile phones.
Some 1,150 crimes involving people taking pictures under a person's clothing without their permission have been reported in the four years since it became illegal, according to a Freedom of Information Request.
Victims were as young as three, according to the survey to which 39 of the 43 police forces in England and Wales responded.
