Delay hits Corden's plan to replace £8.5m home

AN £8.5million family home bought by James Corden for his big return to the UK remains boarded — more than two years after plans were approved.

The Gavin and Stacey star bought Templecombe House in 2020 and was expected to move there with his family following eight years in America.

Back in January 2023, plans to knock down the modernist home and replace it with a more traditional six-bedroom mansion were approved subject to conditions on the 43-acre estate in Berkshire.
