'Danger' doses of vitamins in sold online

SUPPLEMENTS sold online can contain potentially dangerous levels of popular vitamins and minerals, experts have warned.
Hard to swallow...fears over doses
Some were found to have as much as 12.5 times the recommended daily dose, a Which? investigation found.
A number of items sold on websites including Amazon, eBay, Superdrug Marketplace and TikTok Shop exceeded guideline measures.
Researchers looked at four supplements with the biggest risk of harm – vitamins A, B6 and D3, and zinc.
