Star says try everything...except smoking

DAME Helen Mirren has revealed her top tips to stay looking young — declaring that smoking is a definite no-no.

The actress will turn 80 next month but looks far younger.

Asked for advice on keeping that youthful glow, she said: “Don’t smoke, that’s rule number one, and do everything but don’t do too much of anything.

“That’s a great way of looking at things, because it’s important to take care of your health, but you also don’t want to live like a nun.”

The MobLand star, who won an Oscar for her por trayal of Elizabeth II in The Queen, also revealed that she never tires of fan attention.
