Injury agony for Randall & Bristol

HARRY RANDALL'S hopes of playing in the autumn internationals are up in smoke after Bristol revealed they had suffered a hat-trick of injury woes.

The scrumhalf is one of three Bears who will go under the knife this week, alongside fly-half AJ MacGinty and free-scoring wing Gabriel Ibitoye.

Randall and Ibitoye injured hamstrings in Sunday's 42-24 win over Leicester and MacGinty ripped his Achilles 12 minutes into that clash at Ashton Gate.

MacGinty will miss most of the season while Bears are waiting on news of Ibitoye’s prognosis.

And Randall, who has been in and out of England squads since his debut in 2021, is not expected back until after Christmas.
