A WOMAN in her 20s has been found dead after police disarmed a suspected shoplifter who allegedly threatened staff with a knife.
West Yorkshire Police launched a murder inquiry following the discovery in Batley. Two other people are feared to have been hurt.
Police had arrested a man, seizing a knife, after reports of a crime at Asda in Dewsbury.
