Bin day blunder for the 'rubbish' thief

A BRAZEN burglar makes off with £3,000 worth of sportswear stashed in wheelie bins before being arrested soon afterwards.

Reece Wheat, 28, broke into a Footlocker shop earlier this month by removing bars on a toilet window and climbing inside.

Then he put on a staff uniform in an effort “to thwart the subsequent police investigation” before helping himself to clothing and trainers. He loaded his loot into two bins taken from a nearby bar and was filmed on CCTV as he fled down the street.
