Ant fossil is world's oldest at 113m years

THE oldest ever ant has been discovered - and it is challenging beliefs about the species.
The 113-million-year-old fossilised hell ant was found in limestone in north-east Brazil.
Scientists say it is a member of Haidomyrmecinae - an extinct group that lived during the Cretaceous period.
