We can beat anyone, warns Robins striker

BRISTOL City “can beat anyone” in the Championship when they perform to their best level, according to forward Sinclair Armstrong.

The Robins face leaders Coventry City at the CBS Arena this afternoon, where they will aim to secure a first win in three matches, against Frank Lampard’s side.

For Gerhard Struber’s side, the turnaround between games couldn’t have been much briefer. The Robins were last in action on Wednesday night when they came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Leicester City, thanks to second-half strikes from Mark Sykes and Emil Riis.

Having watched what was an abject first half from the Reds from the bench, Armstrong was intro duced at halftime against the Foxes. He had a big hand in turning the tide in City’s favour and played an important role in Riis’ equaliser.
