Retirement apartments plan in town

A MASTERPLAN for new retirement apartments and a shop in Nuneaton has been revealed.
-
The proposal is for land on Bermuda Road, next to the Bermuda Phoenix Community Centre.
This, Deeley Properties and Housing 21, says can play home to 42 affordable retirement living apartments. A separate application will also be submitted for a new convenience store next to the community centre.
