ONE of Coventry's oldest city centre buildings is set to get a makeover as a new business prepares to move in.

New lease of life for one of city's oldest sites

The building at 169 Spon Street used to be the home of Cejais Teddy Bears & Dolls Houses, but it's stood empty since the toy shop closed in 2020 after serving the community for decades.

The council-owned property was among a number put on the market last year as the authority hoped to regenerate the historic area.
