The fourth day of the India Al Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam marked a defining moment in global artificial intelligence governance, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiling the ‘MANAV’ Vision - a comprehensive human-centric framework for ethical, sovereign and inclusive Al development.

Held under the theme “Responsible Intelligence for Global Good,” Day 4 brought together heads of state, global technology leaders, multilateral institutions and policymakers to position Al as a force for equitable opportunity, particularly for the Global South.

High-Level Global Participation

The Summit, which has drawn over 35,000 registrations from more than 100 countries, featured participation from French President Emmanuel Macron, UN Secretary-General Anténio Guterres, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and global CEOs including Sundar Pichai (Google), Sam Altman (OpenAl), Mukesh Ambani (Reliance Industries), N. Chandrasekaran (Tata Sons), Dario Amodei (Anthropic), and Alexandr Wang (Meta), among others.

In his keynote address, Prime Minister Modi asserted that Al must expand opportunity rather than concentrate power. He highlighted India’s Digital Public Infrastructure - Aadhaar, UPI and Digital Health IDs - as scalable global templates for responsible and inclusive Al deployment.
