Minister for Revenue, Housing and Information & Public Relations, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy stated that planned steps are being taken for the overall development of the newly formed Edulapuram Municipality.

On Tues day, the Minister toured Teldaru palli and Maddulapalli areas, where he laid the foundation stone for development works and inaugurated completed road projects. At Teldaru-palli, foundation stone was laid for a BT road from Mutyalamma temple to Dhobi Ghat across the NSP canal with an estimated cost of Rs 1.54 crore. At Maddu-
lapalli, the Minister inaugurated a CC road from the R&B road to Lumbinivanam constructed at a cost of Rs 69 lakh.
