As part of the Telangana Vanamahotsavam (Forest Festival), Nagarkurnool MP Dr. Mallu Ravi, MLA Dr. Rajesh Reddy, and District Collector Badavath Santosh planted saplings along with students of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) in Taduru Mandal, Nagarkurnool constituency on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, MP Dr. Mallu Ravi emphasized the need for everyone to actively participate in the prestigious Vanamahotsavam program initiated by the government to promote greenery and provide a clean environment and fresh air to future generations. He called upon every individual to contribute to this green initiative by planting at least one sapling and taking a step forward in protecting nature. “A green Earth is the assurance for our future,” he remarked, urging widespread participation in this noble campaign.
