AP CM directs officials to complete arrangements to implement 'free bus travel for women'

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has directed the officials concerned to make complete arrangements to ensure the successful implementation of free bus travel for women in the state.
The free bus travel scheme will be launched on August 15.
The Chief Minister in the secretariat in the capital city Amaravati near here on Tuesday reviewed the preparedness for the launch of the ‘Stree Shakti’ scheme with officials at the Secretariat. The scheme will ensure free travel for all women in AP-SRTC buses starting August 15.
The CM directed government officials to take all precautionary measures to ensure smooth implementation of the scheme without any holdups.
