SULLAY Kaikai netted a second-half equaliser to earn Cambridge United a 1-1 draw at MK Dons in League Two on Saturday.

Callum Paterson gave the hosts the lead in the 42nd minute before Kaikai’s strike levelled the scores midway through the second half, as United extended their unbeaten league run to six games.

MK Dons came close early on when U's goalkeeper Jake Eastwood narrowly stopped Alex Gilbey’s deflected strike from crossing the line.

Ben Knight was then denied by home stopper Craig MacGillivray, before Kell Watts prodded the ball wide in a goalmouth scramble.

The Dons took the lead just before the break. Liam Kelly’s pass released Paterson, who advanced and then drilled a shot past Eastwood.
