THREE HORSESHOES EARNS AWARD AGAIN

- By AMY BRITTON

Consistency is the key to success of restaurant

A POPULAR restaurant in the village of Madingley has been awarded two AA Rosettes for the third year in a row.

Jack Reid, the head chef at the Three Horseshoes, said he is "really proud" of the work put in by the whole team that helped get them this recognition.

He added: "It makes me feel really proud. I think it puts something down for all the hard work that the team has done for the last three years. It's a good feeling. I think it all comes down to our consistency. We've been consistent over what we've offered for the last three years. The menus are always seasonal. Everything is exciting and interesting."

The Three Horseshoes was taken over by Cambscuisine in 2018 and provides guests with elevated food in a rural pub setting. For the autumn, the menu is filled with dishes using rabbit, venison, and hare sourced from the local area.
