FORMER U'S KEEPER STEVENS SIGNS TWO-YEAR DEAL WITH READING
FORMER Cambridge United goalkeeper Jack Stevens has joined League One outfit Reading.
The 27-year-old was one of 11 players that were released by United at the end of last term following the club's relegation to League Two, with the stopper having now penned a two-year deal with the Royals.
Stevens spent two years at the Abbey and made 52 appearances for the U's in all competitions, with 16 of those made last term.
The goalkeeper now joins a side who finished seventh in League One last season, with the Royals missing out on the play-offs by one place and three points.
