Hannah Brown breaks down exactly where these new homes are due to be built.

Hundreds of new homes are to be built in major developments across Huntingdonshire under plans approved this year - including five sites of more than 50 homes each.

Way and Ermine Street in Great Stukeley.

The plans were submitted to the district council by Bloor Homes, and range in size from one to four bedrooms.

The homes form part of a wider development of up to 1,000 new homes, which was granted outline planning approval last year.

Of the 81 homes, 33 are to be made available as affordable housing, including a mix of rented homes and shared ownership homes.

The application was approved after planning officers said the development would “provide a good quality residential environment”.

143 homes - Great Stukeley

PLANS to build a further 143 homes on land off Spittals Way and Ermine Street in Great Stukeley were also approved in November.

Like the previous application for 81 homes, these 143 new builds will form part of the wider development of up to 1,000 homes.
