Independent recognition highlights Eton's competitiveness and resilience in the office market amid rising vacancies in Metro Manila
-
Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., the real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group, has been recognized by CBRE Philippines' Mid-Year Market Monitor 2025 as the 7th largest office developer in Metro Manila, after recording 7,400 sq.m. of office take-up in the second quarter of the year.
This recognition comes at a time when Metro Manila's office market continues to face 20.3% vacancy rates, with many occupiers rightsizing or pursuing a "flight-to-quality" strategy — moving to newer, better spaces at competitive costs.
