Early investors who exited firm say they saw signs of chaos
BluSmart's sudden suspension of cab bookings on Wednesday (April 16) has left many of its users frustrated and anxious. With the electric vehicle ride-hailing platform offering no explanation for its suspension of services on the app, users have turned to social media to express their disappointment and demand refunds.
Yashasvi Shailly, a regular BluSmart user, wrote on X that she had loaded ₹20,000 into her in-app wallet in January thinking she would be "sorted for the year." "Now it's April, ₹16,474 stuck in my BluSmart wallet. While Sebi (Securities and Exchange Board of India) confirms fund diversions, (I) had mailed the team after the Uber news. Got 'media speculation' as a reply. BluSmart India, I want my money back."
