Godrej Properties' profit up 21% to 405 cr

Real estate firm Godrej Properties' profit (attributable to the equity holders of the parent) for the second quarter of the financial year 2026 (Q2FY26) grew by 21 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to 405.1 crore, beating analysts' estimates.

The Bloomberg analysts' poll had estimated the profit to be around ₹ 349.40 crore. The company's revenue, however, declined by 32.2 per cent Y-o-Y, to ₹740.4 crore, missing the analysts' estimate of 1,223 crore.
