NEW RESEARCH REVEALS SLIMMING SUCCESSES OF YOUNG ADULTS

YOUNG adult Slimming World users in Burton and Swadlincote are losing up to 2st 1lb, according to new research across the region.

A study, which looked at 3,200 Slimming World members aged 18 to 34 who attend local groups, found they lost 12 per cent of their body weight, improving their confidence, mental health and overall wellbeing.

The research also outlined that 92 per cent of the study said they felt part of a community, 89 per cent reported a healthier relationship with food, and 59 per cent said their mental health had improved.
