A NEW study has revealed the most expensive and cheapest streets to live on in Burton and Swadlincote.
Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2020 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located.
Across Burton upon Trent postcodes, Manor Croft, Brizlincote Lane and Copperfield Mews have some of the highest-valued homes across the region. Some of the cheapest in Burton include Vernon Terrace, Heathlands Grange and Gordon Street.
On Manor Croft (DE13), 8 properties sold for an average of £803,125. Brizlincote Lane (DE15), 5 properties sold for an average of £616,500. Also, Copperfield Mews (DE13) saw 6 properties sell for an average of £598,333.
