Shop battered by storm now reopens after a restoration

VOLUNTEERS SPENT 6 MONTHS REPAIRING ASHBY CANAL SHOP
THE restored Ashby Canal Shop has finally been reopened after it suffered serious damage during a storm last November.
Ashby Canal volunteers have been working hard repairing the Ashby Canal Association's shop at Snarestone, which is open between 10am and 5pm most days for ice creams, collectibles, and hot and cold drinks.
