PLANS for a Costa drive-through coffee shop next to a care home in a Derbyshire town have been submitted.

Hinton Properties (Midlands) Ltd, wants to build a Costa drive-through coffee shop and 20-space car park built in Darklands Road, Swadlincote.
If approved by South Derbyshire District Council, it would lead to the coffee shop chain building its second outlet in the town, with an existing shop on the Pipeworks retail estate.
It has applied to operate on the town centre site 24/7, but with deliveries limited to between 7am and 11pm.
