Relentless is good for us, says Moore

PORT Vale manager Darren Moore welcomes the "relentless" nature of the first few weeks of the new season, saying it helps new players fit into the team quickly.

Unlike Burton Albion, Vale did play their Carabao Cup tie in midweek and won 1-0 away to Blackpool, thanks to a header from substitute Mo Faal after 75 minutes.

"It's a relentless block for the players at the start of August and getting up to a real match tempo and match speed." sais Moore.
