July 28, 2025
|Burton Mail
VISIT Staffordshire has announced a range of great family days out that won't break the bank now the summer holidays have begun.
Events across the county range from visits to animal attractions, fun trails, country parks, estates and gardens, and activities in libraries and museums.
Included in the 30 Days Out Under £30 campaign is the Summer Reading Challenge at Staffordshire libraries, offering stickers and a certificate to children who read at least six books during their summer break, while there are hundreds of free events, including Dr Dolittle shows and reading sessions hosted by children's authors.
