HUNGRY LITTLE MINDS SCHEME MARKS ITS FIFTH ANNIVERSARY

- By JOSEPH RICHARDS

A SCHEME that has helped thousands of parents across Staffordshire is celebrating its five-year anniversary.

Staffordshire County Council's Hungry Little Minds Staffordshire campaign was launched in 2020 and provides new parents with timely advice on their baby’s development.

It encourages parents in Staffordshire to read to, chat to, and play with their baby from the moment they're born.

Once signed up to the campaign, personalised emails are sent to parents twice a month, which tell them about key actions they can take with their baby at each age and stage, to help their development.
