'Unacceptable' Neighbours urge council to take action on 'noisy' gym

MORE than 100 Fishponds residents have voiced their objections against a noisy gym which Bristol City Council has allowed to continue to operate without planning permission.

Kulture Training Club opened to the public in July despite the fact its owners had not secured consent to turn a space formerly used as a car dealership into a gym.
The gym has been operating from its home in New Station Way for months regardless, while the council considers a new retrospective planning application.
A key reason for the council rejecting Kulture’s initial application was due to fears over the noise that would be created by the gym.
