IF you've ever wanted to own a piece of land by the coast, then an upcoming auction could make that dream come true.
-
A freehold 1.4 acre plot of land, including part of the beach in Portishead, is going under the hammer in a live online auction.
Estate agents at Hollis Morgan describe it as “a unique opportunity to acquire a coastal plot with scope for a wide range of potential uses subject to gaining the necessary consents".
It's been given a guide price of between £10,000 and £30,000.
