Bristol Pride Comedy Night is back with a stellar line-up of top-quality, side-splitting acts, all hosted by Bristol's own Jayde Adams
THE fabulous Bristol Pride Comedy Night is always a highlights of the Bristol Pride Festival, and this year is no exception with an incredible lineup of uproarious acts.
Presented by Bristol's own stand-up star Jayde Adams, the best names in the circuit are taking to the mic at Bristol Old Vic to celebrate with Pride at this special fundraising evening.
Taking place at the King Street theatre on Sunday, July 6, Jayde will be introducing topnotch comedy artists Ania Magliano, Priya Hall, Mark Bittlestone and Sophie Duker.
Jayde Adams is no stranger to the Bristol Old Vic stage. The warm and witty multi-award-winning comedian and actress, who attended several youth theatre groups in the city as a teenager, including the Bristol Old Vic Youth Theatre, has performed stand-up at the theatre to appreciative audiences many times as well as hosting this regular Bristol Pride special.
Jayde, who started out as an Adele drag queen tribute act complete with Bristolian accent - was already a sought-after stand-up before becoming a household name after showcasing both her glorious personality and dancing skills on Strictly Come Dancing in 2022, alongside professional dancer Karen Hauer.
Holding court with her trademark candour, Jayde, the star of the Bafta-winning BBC Two series Alma's Not Normal
