Climate science for beginners...

N my recent letter of February 23 I recommended the 'Climate' section of the Met Office site at weather.metoffice.gov.uk/ climate and especially its 'Tackling climate misinformation' section and 'Climate change questions' page which debunks much of the misinformation about climate change that we see on this letters page.

In his Feb 27 letter John Spiller says he checked out the 'Climate' section but states incorrectly that "the information is only about the UK". I suggest readers check this for themselves, as it is mostly about the 'Global' climate and is very informative.

Perhaps John might like to take another look.
